At FreshKeep, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a free return and refund within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions described below.
1. Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

- Your full name
- Order number
- Email address used during checkout
- The product you wish to return
- A brief explanation of the return reason
- Photographs if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a standard return, the product should be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Clean and free from food, residue, stains, or odors
- Returned with its original packaging and included accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
We understand that packaging may need to be opened to inspect the product. Carefully opened packaging does not automatically make an item ineligible for return.
For hygiene and food-safety reasons, storage containers that have been used with food may not qualify for a change-of-mind return unless the product is defective.
3. Free Returns
FreshKeep offers free returns for eligible products requested within the 30-day return period.
Our support team will provide the appropriate return instructions after reviewing your request. Customers should not send an item to an address other than the return destination provided by our support team.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order shortly after delivery.
Contact us as soon as possible if your product:
- Arrives damaged
- Has a manufacturing defect
- Is missing important components
- Is different from the product ordered
We may request photographs or a short video to help us evaluate the issue. Once the claim is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution at no additional cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items
A return may be refused when:
- The request is submitted more than 30 days after delivery
- The product has been damaged through misuse or improper care
- The item has been altered or modified
- The product contains food, liquid, residue, or strong odors
- Important components or accessories are missing
- The product was returned without authorization
This does not affect any rights available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Refund Processing
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take approximately 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account after the refund has been processed.
Original shipping charges are not deducted because FreshKeep provides free standard worldwide shipping.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing or shipment. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery under this policy.
8. Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges because product availability may change. When an exchange is not available, we may process a refund so that you can place a new order.
