• Submit false payment, billing, or delivery information

However, product colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, and manufacturing variations. Packaging or minor design details may also change without affecting the product’s primary function.

Customers should review the product description and available measurements before completing a purchase.

3. Orders

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Restrictions affecting delivery to a destination

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

FreshKeep provides free standard shipping worldwide. Estimated delivery is generally 7–10 days.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs inspections, transportation disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible orders may be returned free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

Products must meet the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after an approved return or claim has been reviewed.

7. Product Use

Customers are responsible for using products according to their intended purpose.

Food storage products should be cleaned before first use and maintained according to the product instructions. Customers should confirm whether a product is suitable for dishwashers, microwaves, freezers, or hot liquids before using it in those conditions.

FreshKeep is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, unauthorized modification, excessive heat, impact, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, page layouts, product descriptions, icons, and branding, is owned by or licensed to FreshKeep unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, republished, distributed, modified, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written authorization.

9. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services for payments, website hosting, analytics, shipping, and other operational functions.

Your use of those services may also be subject to the third party’s own policies and terms. FreshKeep is not responsible for websites or services operated independently by third parties.

10. Disclaimer

We aim to provide a reliable shopping experience, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available without technical delays.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, products and website services are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FreshKeep will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, delayed delivery, or product misuse.

Where liability cannot be excluded, FreshKeep’s total liability will be limited to the amount paid for the product connected to the claim, except where a different remedy is required by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FreshKeep harmless from claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights available in the customer’s country or region.
